The below shipping rates and times are our best estimates of the cost of shipping and when you can expect your package. We typically send your package within 2-4 business days of receiving your order, unless it is a custom order, in which case, an estimated shipping date will be provided.

Statement On International Shipping Rates + Customs
Economy + Standard: Global priority packages are not insurable, so unfortunately, NoCo Handcraft cannot be responsible for lost packages. Shipping to most international destinations is as charged at checkout unless the package goes over four pounds. If your order weighs over four pounds, you may be charged the difference upon shipping.
Expedited and Express: The rate we quote here is for a 5-pound package and includes insurance up to 300 US dollars, plus tracking. If your package exceeds this weight or does not fit into the flat rate envelope provided by USPS, you will be charged additional shipping. If your shipping cost is less than what you were charged at the time of your order, you will receive a credit to your card.
Customs Fees + Import Duties: Each country has its own rules for import taxes, handling fees, and import duties (sometimes called tariffs). These charges are based on the type of items in your order, their value, and where they're shipped from. Your local customs office may require payment of these charges before delivering your package.
Customs fees and import duties vary widely. In some cases, they may add an additional 10-50% to the total value of your order. We are happy to help calculate potential charges for you based on your order, but please note that these are only estimates, since all final decisions are made by your local customs agency.
For Canadian Customers:
Orders exceeding $20 CAD may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are collected by Canada Post upon delivery.
Shipments that incur these charges are typically also subject to a $9.95 CAD handling fee.
