It’s time to jam…or make jam, that is! We feel grateful to be able to offer such unique farm experiences, and for this workshop, especially grateful to have blueberry farmers for neighbors. We will begin the class by picking berries at their farm. Once finished, we will return to Sow and Sew, wash and prep our berries for jam. We will walk through the process of making jam and the differences between each of the different types of spreadable fruit, and, of course, taste test! Everyone will go home with some berries and jam.
