Join us for our first indigo dye workshop of 2021! Here, you will learn the basics of this dye process, which differs greatly from most other dyes. This unique experience will enable participants to experience indigo plants firsthand. We will discuss when it’s time to harvest and general plant care. For the dye process, we will use natural indigo powder. We will use a community dye pot for the samples we create in class, and each participant will take home samples and a scarf they dyed during our time together.

This will be an outdoor workshop, with ample shade coverage.
